Why people use Dueradar
A small business in India has 40-60 government deadlines a year: GSTR-1 and 3B every month (or IFF, PMT-06 and quarterly returns under QRMP), TDS deposit on the 7th, PF and ESI on the 15th, quarterly TDS returns, advance tax four times a year, the income tax return, GSTR-9, and for companies AOC-4 and MGT-7. Generic 'due date calendars' list all of them for everyone, so you still have to work out which apply to you - and the rules changed in 2026 with the new Income-tax Act (tax year, new form numbers, ITR-3/4 moved to 31 August). Dueradar asks seven questions about your business and builds your own calendar for the next 12 months, which you add to your phone in one tap with reminders three days and one day before. A late fee calculator shows what a missed date costs. And when you're unsure - 'Do I need to file GSTR-9?', 'I missed 3B by 12 days, what now?' - the assistant answers for your exact profile, with the steps on the portal.
- ✓ Your own deadlines only: GST (monthly, QRMP with your state's 22nd/24th date, composition), TDS/TCS, PF/ESI, advance tax, ITR, GSTR-9/9C, AOC-4, MGT-7, LLP Form 8 and 11
- ✓ One tap to add 12 months of dates to Google Calendar, iPhone or Outlook, with reminders 3 days and 1 day before
- ✓ Updated for the Income-tax Act, 2025: tax year, Form 138/140/143 TDS returns, Form 130/131 certificates, ITR-3/4 by 31 August, revised returns till 31 March
- ✓ Late fee and interest calculator for GSTR-3B/GSTR-1, TDS and income tax returns
- ✓ Ask anything for your profile: what to file this month, what a missed date costs, how to fix it on the portal
- ✓ CA mode: paste your client list and get a month-wise filing plan and WhatsApp reminder messages for each client
- ✓ No login needed for the calendar; your choices stay in your browser

Frequently asked questions
What are the GST due dates for 2026-27?
Monthly filers: GSTR-1 by the 11th and GSTR-3B by the 20th of the next month. QRMP filers (turnover up to ₹5 crore): IFF by the 13th and PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of a quarter, then GSTR-1 by the 13th and GSTR-3B by the 22nd or 24th (depending on your state) after the quarter. GSTR-9 is due by 31 December. The calendar shows only the ones that apply to you.
Is GSTR-3B due on the 22nd or the 24th for me?
The 22nd for Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep; the 24th for all other states and union territories. It applies only to QRMP (quarterly) filers.
What changed with the new Income-tax Act from April 2026?
The Income-tax Act, 2025 replaced the 1961 Act from 1 April 2026. 'Tax year' replaces previous year and assessment year, TDS returns and certificates have new numbers (Form 138 for salary TDS, Form 140 for other TDS, Form 143 for TCS, Form 130 instead of Form 16), the due date for non-audit business returns (ITR-3/ITR-4) is 31 August, and revised returns can be filed up to 31 March. Returns for FY 2025-26 and earlier still follow the old Act.
How do the phone reminders work?
Click 'Add all dates to my phone calendar'. You download one .ics file; open it and your calendar app (Google Calendar, iPhone, Outlook) adds each due date as an all-day event with alerts 3 days and 1 day before. Nothing is stored on our side.
What is the late fee for GSTR-3B?
₹50 a day (₹25 CGST + ₹25 SGST), or ₹20 a day for a nil return, up to a cap: ₹500 for nil returns, ₹2,000 if turnover is up to ₹1.5 crore, ₹5,000 for ₹1.5-5 crore and ₹10,000 above ₹5 crore. Interest at 18% a year is charged on the tax paid late in cash. Use the calculator for your numbers.
Do I need to file GSTR-9?
GSTR-9 is optional if your aggregate turnover for the year is up to ₹2 crore and mandatory above that. GSTR-9C (self-certified reconciliation) is needed above ₹5 crore. Composition taxpayers file GSTR-4 instead, by 30 April.
Is this a substitute for my CA?
No. It keeps you on time and answers 'what and when' questions. Your CA still prepares and files returns, reconciles books and handles notices. Many CAs use the CA mode to plan their month and remind clients.
What does it cost?
The calendar, phone reminders and late fee calculator are free. One assistant answer a day is free; a 30-day pass is ₹199 and a 1-year pass is cheaper per month. No auto-renewal.
